開花亭では、季節の食材を一客ごとにご用意しておりますため、ご旅行中・ご滞在中にご予約をいただくお客様には、事前に ご予約金（デポジット） をお願い申し上げる場合がございます。

ご予約金は お料理代金の約1/3相当額 とし、ご来店時のお会計より全額差し引かせていただきます。ご入金の確認をもって、正式なご予約確定となります。

お支払いは PayPal の安全な決済リンク を通じてご案内申し上げます。
※ご来店の24時間前以降のキャンセルにつきましては、ご返金を承ることができません。
（天災・交通遮断等の際は、個別に誠実にご対応いたします。）

現金でのご決済をご希望の場合も、どうぞお気軽にお申し付けください。

For Guests Making Reservations During Their Stay in Japan

At Kaikatei, each menu is prepared individually with carefully selected seasonal ingredients.
Therefore, for guests making reservations while traveling or staying in Japan,
we may kindly request a reservation deposit in advance to confirm your booking.

The deposit is approximately one-third of the total menu price,
and will be fully deducted from your final bill upon your visit.
Once the payment has been confirmed, your reservation will be finalized.

A secure PayPal payment link will be sent to you by email after we receive your booking request.
Please note: cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time cannot be refunded,
as ingredients are specially arranged for your dining experience.
(Should a force majeure occur, we will of course handle it with sincere consideration.)

Guests who prefer to pay in Japanese yen upon arrival are also most welcome.
